Indigo is suitable for all natural fibers, such as: cotton, linen, silk, canvas, hemp, wool, wood, etc. This synthetic Indigo is specially formulated and reduced by 60%. The recipe is easy to make because now instead of lye, you use soda ash in the dye bath. Indigo likes a temperature between 20 and 29 ºC. The Indigo granules easily dissolve in water. Stir gently. Cover the dye bath with cling film and let it stand for 1 hour before use.
An Indigo barrel consists of:
- 20 grams of Indigo paint
- 50 grams of Hydros
- 100 grams of Soda ash
- 5 liters of warm tap water
Keep out of reach of children and animals and keep the indigo closed.
